What is ADAM?

Bremy ADAM is a robust Advanced Digital Asset Management system that makes managing digital assets easy and efficient from anywhere in the world.

Many companies and organizations spend countless hours and invest large amounts of money in creating and managing digital assets.

Corporate branding, internal stationary, advertising campaigns...the list goes on.
The most common issue is that many organizations have these assets distributed across many disparate systems.

These systems may exist externally and be managed by associated marketing companies, suppliers, designers or printers.

More common than not, many different versions exist, and organizations often have very little information of how or when their assets where last used, and what formats are available for re-purposing.

How ADAM Works?

Digital assets can be anything from a single photograph to inter-related components containing audio and video data.

Built on a database infrastructure digital assets can be managed easily and efficiently and distributed through a wide range of channels.

Each individual digital asset contains unique metadata, important information that describes each asset. This information can be anything from file type, size; to legal information, campaign references or copyright details. It also contains information on where the asset is located so it can be easily retrieved.

Using ADAM

ADAM uses a simple Windows style file system which makes it very easy to navigate, categorise and store assets. When assets are uploaded to the server, ADAM will automatically extract standard information about the file, and ask the user if they wish to provide any additional information such as a Job Number, Campaign Title, or just descriptive text.

Once the file has been uploaded to ADAM, you can perform simple searches using keywords, or perform more advanced searches based on specific details.

ADAM provides full management to the end user and includes an easy to use collection basket process for single or multiple file downloads.
