Digital assets can be anything from a single photograph to inter-related components
containing audio and video data.
Built on a database infrastructure digital assets can be managed easily and efficiently
and distributed through a wide range of channels.
Each individual digital asset contains unique metadata, important information that
describes each asset. This information can be anything from file type, size; to
legal information, campaign references or copyright details. It also contains information
on where the asset is located so it can be easily retrieved.

Using ADAM
ADAM uses a simple Windows style file system which makes it very easy to navigate,
categorise and store assets. When assets are uploaded to the server, ADAM will automatically
extract standard information about the file, and ask the user if they wish to provide
any additional information such as a Job Number, Campaign Title, or just descriptive
text.
Once the file has been uploaded to ADAM, you can perform simple searches using keywords,
or perform more advanced searches based on specific details.
ADAM provides full management to the end user and includes an easy to use collection
basket process for single or multiple file downloads.

Version Control
The ADAM solution is being used to ensure up to date documents are stored, still
keeping all the previous versions for reference purposes.
Image Manipulation
Using the advanced manipulation tools, images are cropped and rotated and saved
as new files without ever leaving the browser.
Re-Purposing Files
From 1 single file, ALL the required versions can be produced to cater for Web use,
Powerpoint Presentation or pre-press needs.
Bulk Upload
If more than a couple of files need to be uploaded, then a ZIP file containing the
assets can be prepared and uploaded into the system.
Extensive User Control
Specific permissions can be made available for users or groups. These permissions
vary from no access, view only, up to full control.
Meta Data Association
Any file uploaded into ADAM can hold custom data fields such as Job Number, Sales
Person and Expiry Dates. All these fields are searchable.
Commencement and Expiry Date
Files within ADAM can be set to commence/expire at a certain date.
ULA Control
A User License Agreement (ULA) can be attached to any file. Only upon agreeing to
the conditions, the file can be downloaded.
