Within a company of many staff, it can be a nightmare when in comes to maintaining
existing Business Cards, or creating new cards for new staff. Collating all the information,
seeking approval, and processing for print can consume valuable time.

Current way of working
Imaging a large corporate company, taking on a batch of
new staff. Each new member of staff is required to give
their own contact details, office details etc to HR, who then
arrange these details to be sent to the printers for creation.
Once created, each member of staff needs to check their
details, and get back to the HR manager to arrange a reproof,
or approve the card. This whole process can take up
valuable time that could be used far more efficiently within the
company.

An individual within the company needs to refresh their
business cards as their details have changed. Instead of
bothering the HR department, they go ahead and create the

Using Bremy Ticketing
Bremy Ticketing allows you to keep all your POS ticket files accessible in a secure
location over the Internet, where you can re-order, create new or modify existing
point of sale material. Product details (including images) can be streamed from
a database, thus automating the ticket creation. Once created, it can then be saved
as a ready-for-print PDF file, with an order form being sent to your print manager.
The system uses vector based technology, which provides an accurate, top quality
output.
Bremy Online Ticketing follows a very simplistic and user friendly process. The
client will login to “yoursite.com/client_login” and, based on their user name and
password, will be forwarded to their own company branded web site. The user will
be able to select different ticket templates for modification and ordering. Once
the modifiable fields (e.g. promotion product description, product number, price,
etc.) are modified, the user will then have the option to correct or accept the
proof. Once accepted the output will be sent to a authoriser, who will either approve
or decline the order. Alternatively the user can download the PDF file and print
tickets in-store.

ordered through Bremys Online Ordering System, making a very easy
way to access the templates.
Super Templates
Taking the technology further, Super Templates van be produced to
automatically populate the template, using advanced logic. This has
been used so 1 Bremy template can replace 15 existing templates.
Tracking and Accountability
Administrators of the system are able to log in and see which users
are using the system, which templates are being used, and the
quantity used.
High Speed Automation
Using the Super Templates, high quality press ready PDF files are
being produced for a 70+ page catalogue, taking only a couple of
seconds! This task was traditionally carried out over several days,
requiring multiple staff involvement.
